This yellow-honey microlot comes from Finca Campo Amor, overlooking Colombia's central Cauca River Valley. The multigenerational farm is managed by Cafes Oro Molido, a longtime Herkimer partner. Its medium-plus body and acidity carry lemon zest, dark chocolate, cocoa nib, and root beer candy notes.
